How to Use

FASTING:

I’m in my third trimester of pregnancy and have been experiencing frequent muscle cramping for several months even though I’ve been supplementing with magnesium glycinate throughout the whole pregnancy. Since taking both the humic and fulvic acid (almost) daily for the past month, I would say that the cramping has reduced by 90%!
I'm only taking electrolyze and I don't see much change in how I feel? I took Micro-boost for about a week and had stomach upset and very constipated so I quit taking it! I'm not happy with the product.
Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We usually suggest that a person take the minerals for at least 2 months before they begin to evaluate their effectiveness. For some the results are dramatic and for others it is more subtle and is noticed in small incremental changes.
Our minerals are “trace minerals” and they provide foundational support for the entire body. Your level of mineral depletion and system toxicity is dependent on your diet, your life style, your environment and your overall health profile. Electrolyze enhances nutritional uptake into your cells, where energy is generated, and Micro-BOOST supports the removal of bio-waste and environmental toxins from the body. These things take time, as the support you are providing via the minerals is both powerful and gentle.
As far as the digestive discomfort you experienced, while there are many unrelated factors that could be contributing to stomach upset and constipation, it may be helpful to note that the humic molecule (in our Micro-BOOST) has evolved to use every elimination pathway in the body and will utilize wherever pathways are open, including your tears, mucus, breath, saliva, sweat, pores, skin, the bottoms of your feet, and of course, your urine and stool.
The fulvic is extremely well-known for its inter-cellular detoxification abilities, while the humic component is an exceptional chelator, supporting the remediation and removal of heavy metals and environmental toxins like glyphosate and nano-plastics. Humic is also a powerful binder, gathering free radicals, bio-waste and other elements that the body needs to eliminate.
This can sometimes result in a range of detox experiences. You may notice temporary changes in your skin, body odor, bodily secretions, energy levels, sleep, etc. These symptoms can be uncomfortable, but the thing to remember is that this is your body working on your behalf! The reactions are due to toxins, either from bacterial die-off, or as a result of the release of stored toxins, which are moving through your body for excretion (in the case of certain metals, pesticides, and other harmful compounds). These things take time, as the support you are providing via the minerals is both powerful and gentle. Give your body some time to adjust, rejuvenate and detoxify!
You can also try pulling back on the amount you're taking and reintroducing in tiny, tiny amounts, (such as 1/8 tsp at a time) and slowly increasing over time to allow your body time to adjust :)
